The Great Outdoors and Blue

From Valentine: I have discovered two things. First I love being outside, and second my favorite color is blue.

New Shoes

Now all yous knows I's a pixie and gots a lots a knowing 'bout lots a things. But, I bets ya donna know what a bigmost job I has takins care of me newest most best friend, Valentine. Here be what happened:


Deez shoes-es be the trouble causers.


Valentine started a most terrible cryins when she putted 'em on. Sayins she could never find pretty shoe-es to fits her most biggest feets.


Sos, I had the bright-most idea to puts on me own shoes-es and show how coolest they is!


And pretty soon we be rockins the shoe-es!


Valentine laughed and now me friend is a happy-most girl and says the shoe-es be cool!


I gots me a hug an' kiss.


Oh yeah - I knows I the rockin' most pixie. Gots cool shoes-es, too!

Brrrrrrr!!!

Winter has made a come back and Valentine is finally convinced that a nice warm sweater and pants are the right clothes to wear.


Valentine: It's so cold and dreary today. I thought it was always sunny here.


Me: Not always. And NO, Valentine, you do not look like a boy!

A Flower Fairy

From Valentine:

Today I went out into the yard and saw the most adorable little creature sitting on a rock.


Isn't she cute? At first I was afraid I might scare her, but then she invited me to sit down.


I asked her who she was and she said she was a flower fairy. Her name is Winky and she has just arrived in our garden to check on the sleeping flowers.


Winky said there are lots of fairies around like her, but we usually can't see them. She asked me if I have any magic creatures in my background and I told her that I cannot remember my past, so I don't know.


We chatted for quite a while and Winky promised to stay around and be my friend. I am so excited. In return, I promised to help her find a nice little house to live in. I'm so happy to have a new friend!
