This past week I have been hanging out with my friends that live here. Some are much bigger than I am, like Nicki. She let me ride on her horse, along with her, of course.

Then I got to watch big Josefina weaving on her loom.

Hitty Sol Arrives

The Hitty girls heard a bump on the front porch and ran to see what it was. A package had arrived, and they knew by the return address that it was Hitty Sol.

Mary Makes a New Friend

Hi! I'm Mary and the newest girl in this home. Today I was writing in my diary because I wasn't sure what to do with myself and was kind of bored.

Kimi: "Hey, kiddo! What's up?"

Mary: "Excuse me? Who are you?"

Kimi: "You must be Mary, the new girl. I'm Kimi, the old girl, haha. Nice to meet cha."

Mary: "Oh, hello! I'm very glad to meet another girl about my size and age. I was starting to feel a bit lonely and wondered if there were any dolls here more like me. I started to think maybe I wouldn't fit in and get sent away or something."
Kimi: "You? Naw, you are special. I can tell. You are alive and the only dolls that leave here are ones that don't come alive for some reason. They are given another chance somewhere else. Besides, you are new! I'm an old model and have fat ankles, haha, but I'm still loved."

Summer in November

It is still very warm and dry and everyone is outside in shorts and sandals, so we decided to visit the creek and check things out. First, I saw a really cool pod that had opened up. The cotton fluff inside was really soft. I hope the seeds travel on the wind and grow into new plants.

Traveling Again

I returned home just in time to join my friends on Halloween night. We were trying to come up with a spell to turn spinach into candy corn. So far it hasn't worked!
